Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Identity Development: Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to create and refine brand guidelines, including logos, color palettes, typography, and other visual elements that embody the brand's personality and positioning.

2. Graphic Design: Develop eye-catching and effective designs for various marketing collateral, such as advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and other promotional materials.

3. Web Design: Collaborate with the web development team to design user-friendly and visually appealing websites, landing pages, and other online assets that align with the brand's identity and objectives.

4. Packaging and Product Design: Create compelling packaging designs that not only showcase the product but also reinforce the brand's messaging and identity on physical products.

5. Digital Marketing: Produce engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including banner ads, social media posts, infographics, and email marketing assets, to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

6. Video and Motion Graphics: Develop multimedia content, including video and motion graphics, that communicates the brand's story and enhances user experience on various digital platforms.

7. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to ensure that the brand's designs remain relevant and competitive.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, advertising, content creation, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with overall business goals.

9. Presentation Skills: Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design decisions and how they align with the brand's strategy.
