We are looking for dedicated Courier Delivery Boys to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time position that requires freshers who have completed their 10th grade. Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Package Pickup: Collect parcels and packages from our office or designated locations, ensuring they are secure and correctly labeled.

- Timely Deliveries: Deliver packages to various locations in Mumbai, ensuring that they reach their destinations on time and in good condition.

- Route Management: Follow planned delivery routes effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.

- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and filling out any required documentation.

- Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all health and safety guidelines while driving and delivering parcels to ensure safety for yourself and others.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have good communication skills to engage with customers effectively. It is essential to be punctual and reliable, as timely deliveries are critical to customer satisfaction. Basic knowledge of the Mumbai area and its navigation will be beneficial. A responsible attitude towards handling packages and customer interactions is necessary. Candidates must be physically fit to handle the demands of lifting and carrying packages throughout the day.
