Interview For Courier Boy || 12th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for eager and reliable Courier Delivery Boys to assist in delivering packages to our customers in Bavla, Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position that offers a great opportunity for freshers to start their careers in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Package Delivery: Safely transport packages to designated addresses, ensuring timely delivery and handling items with care.

- Route Planning: Organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time, using navigation tools as necessary.

- Customer Interaction: Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers, ensuring they receive their packages in good condition and addressing any delivery-related questions.

- Record Keeping: Accurately document deliveries and any issues encountered while on the route, reporting to supervisors as required.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers. A strong sense of responsibility and punctuality is essential to meet delivery deadlines. Basic knowledge of navigation and local routes will be beneficial. Applicants must be physically fit, able to lift and carry packages, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma (12th pass) is required, and candidates must be male.
