**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Route Navigation:** Efficiently navigate routes using maps or GPS to find the quickest paths, helping to save time and enhance service.

- **Customer Interaction:** Provide friendly and professional service while interacting with customers, ensuring any questions or issues are addressed.

- **Document Handling:** Collect and manage delivery documents and receipts accurately to maintain a reliable record of deliveries.

- **Vehicle Maintenance:** Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
