Responsibilities:

* Attend customers and take orders.

* Prepare and serve ice creams, shakes & sundaes as per Giani standards.

* Handle billing, POS, cash & UPI payments.

* Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene.

* Manage basic stock and replenishment.

* Follow food safety and outlet SOPs.

* Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

* 10th/12th pass preferred.

* Freshers can apply; QSR/retail experience is a plus.

* Good communication and customer-service skills.

* Honest, energetic and well-presented.

* Comfortable working shifts, weekends and holidays.
