Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement cost control strategies to monitor and control project budgets.

2. Analyze project cost data to identify trends and variances from budgeted costs.

3. Prepare cost estimates and forecasts for upcoming projects.

4. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to track costs and make necessary adjustments.

5. Review and evaluate project contracts and change orders to ensure cost control measures are in place.

6. Communicate with clients and vendors to negotiate pricing and resolve cost-related issues.
