Cost Accountant

We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join our accounting department. You€™ll be responsible for performing cost analyses and preparing budget reports.

·Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database and construct data accumulation systems.

·Establishing costs of business processes such as administration, labor, shipping, etc.

· Providing cost analysis to support decision-making and cost efficiency.

· Conducting variance analysis and reviewing cost allocation assumptions and rates.

· Completing gross margin analyses related to products, inventory, and overall value.

· Work closely with Supply Chain to provide them with support relating to cost related matters.

· Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly gross margin reports by product, customer and warehouse.

· Participates in the coordination & preparation of plants€™ operating forecasts.

· Coordination with Operations and Plant Managers to facilitate the periodic update of the standard costs in the bill of materials.
