Conversation Designer

1. Create scripts that demonstrate clear grammar and an ear for content that will be heard rather than read for the voice user interface

2. Define and document detailed user flows, scenarios, dialogs, and multimodal integrations

3. Identify and apply personality traits to bring the voice assistant to life without overshadowing the content

4. Use voice prototyping software to create interactive experiences for design refinement, live demos, and usability testing

5. Actively participate in working sessions directly with client stakeholders

6. Work closely with the creative lead and delivery manager to ensure work is delivered on deadline and in line with our company and client standards.
