Administer the global signature process related to processing signatures for a variety of documents in accordance with corporate authorization guidelines.

Transition and perform signature processing in new contract management system.

Understand and update SOPs as required/applicable.

Manage and update signature matrix.

Apply signature matrix while processing documents

Receive and store executed/signed contract on appropriate sites.

Respond to assigned help desk inquiries.

Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and trackers.

Submit reports in accordance with agreed schedule.
