Female Social Media Sales & Content Executive

We are looking for creative, motivated, and responsible female candidates to join our team as Social Media Sales & Content Executives.

The selected candidates will be responsible for creating promotional content and promoting selected products through social media platforms to generate genuine customer interest and sales.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Create 4-5 faceless promotional reels/ads daily for selected products.

Promote products through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant social media platforms.

Dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per day to the assigned work.

Generate genuine customer interest and contribute to product sales.

Maintain basic daily records of content created and sales generated.

Consistently work towards improving reach, engagement, and conversions.

Follow the content and promotional guidelines provided by the team.

💰 Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹2,000 per month

+ 25% Commission on Profit

In addition to the fixed salary, the selected candidate will receive 25% of the profit generated from successful orders attributed to their promotional efforts.

Example:

If a successful order generates ₹100 profit, the candidate will receive ₹25 as commission.

Important: Commission is calculated on the profit generated, not on the total order value.

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Minimum 4 hours of availability per day.

Smartphone with a reliable internet connection.

Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

Ability to create simple faceless reels and promotional content.

Good communication skills.

Creative, consistent, and responsible approach.

Willingness to learn and improve social media marketing and sales skills.
