Interview For Content Writer || B.A - Freshers

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team and create engaging content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for creating short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional content, captions, creative posts, and other digital content focused on increasing brand awareness, user engagement, and app downloads.

### Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels.

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, captions and CTAs.

• Research trending topics, formats, sounds and social media trends.

• Create promotional and educational content for mobile apps.

• Develop content ideas to increase app installs and user engagement.

• Work with the marketing and design team to create campaigns.

• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.

• Create multiple content variations and test different creative approaches.

### Requirements

• Good communication and storytelling skills.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and Facebook content.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.

• Basic video editing skills are preferred.

• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools is an advantage.

• Freshers with good creativity and relevant samples are welcome.

• Previous experience creating Reels/Shorts will be an advantage.
