Job Description

We are looking for a Consultant Physician to provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients. This is a full-time position based in Khanna, suitable for both fresh graduates and those with up to six years of experience. You will work in an office environment, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Consultation:** Assess and diagnose patients by reviewing their medical history and performing physical examinations, ensuring accurate treatment plans.

- **Treatment Planning:** Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, considering both medical and psychological aspects.

- **Monitoring Patient Progress:** Regularly evaluate the treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed to ensure the best health outcomes.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment effectiveness.

- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and progress to ensure continuity in care.

- **Patient Education:** Provide patients and their families with information on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.

Required skills and expectations include strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with patients and staff. The candidate should have a solid understanding of medical principles and procedures, with critical thinking skills to make informed decisions.
