Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Muktsar, India. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage patients with musculoskeletal issues, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Evaluation**: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, reviewing their medical history and performing physical examinations to determine orthopedic conditions.

- **Treatment Planning**: Develop individualized treatment plans that may include surgical procedures, medication management, and physical therapy recommendations.

- **Surgical Procedures**: Perform orthopedic surgeries, such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic surgeries, using advanced techniques to enhance patient recovery.

- **Post-Operative Care**: Monitor patients after surgery to ensure proper healing, addressing any complications quickly and effectively.

- **Collaborative Care**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physical therapists, and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must hold a Post Graduate degree in Orthopedics and have a strong foundation in musculoskeletal disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with patients and their families. You should display compassion, patience, and professionalism, ensuring that each patient receives tailored and empathetic care during their treatment journey. Qualification MS/DNB in Orthopedics Experience Required 3 Years Post MS Package 3 LPM - LPM .
