Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Bhiwani, Haryana India. This full-time position is ideal for both newly graduated and experienced surgeons who are passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with orthopedic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Consultation: Evaluate and diagnose patients’ orthopedic issues through detailed assessments and discussions to develop personalized treatment plans.

- Surgical Procedures: Perform a range of orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.

- Follow-Up Care: Monitor patient recovery post-surgery and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal healing and rehabilitation.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists and general practitioners, to create comprehensive care plans for patients.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, to facilitate ongoing patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate must possess a Post Graduate degree in Orthopedic Surgery and have 0 to 6 years of relevant experience. Strong surgical skills and knowledge of orthopedic procedures are essential. The applicant should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic care is also expected. Qualification : MS/DNB in Orthopedics Package is LPM - 3 LPM Negotiable As Per Experience .
