Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Consultant Ophthalmologist to join our team in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 7 years of experience and a post-graduate qualification in ophthalmology.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Assessment**: Perform comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat various eye conditions, ensuring accurate evaluation and effective management.

- **Surgical Procedures**: Conduct necessary eye surgeries, including cataract and refractive surgeries, using advanced techniques and ensuring patient safety during all procedures.

- **Treatment Plans**: Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and medical history, effectively communicating options to patients and their families.

- **Follow-Up Care**: Monitor patient recovery and provide post-operative care, addressing any complications and ensuring optimal healing.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, while also participating in educational initiatives for patients about eye health.
