Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Consultant Ophthalmologist to join our team in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of eye conditions, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Patient Consultations**: Conduct thorough examinations of patients, discuss symptoms, and assess eye health to provide accurate diagnoses.

2. **Diagnostic Tests**: Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques to identify eye problems, including refractive errors, cataracts, and glaucoma.

3. **Surgical Procedures**: Perform various surgeries such as cataract removal, laser treatments, and other eye procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

4. **Patient Education**: Inform patients about their eye conditions and treatment options, guiding them on post-operative care and preventive measures.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.

6. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and updated medical records to track patient progress and facilitate effective communication with the healthcare team.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a Post Graduate degree in Ophthalmology. A minimum of 0-6 years of clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work well in a team. Candidates must stay updated on the latest advancements in ophthalmology to provide high-quality care. Additionally, they should possess compassion and patience when working with patients. Qualification is MS/DNB/DO/DOMS Package is LPM - 2 LPM Negotiable As Per Experience .
