Consultant Neurosurgeon - Full Time

We are looking for a skilled Consultant Neurosurgeon to join our team in Asansol, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of post-graduate experience in neurosurgery and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Surgical Procedures: The Consultant Neurosurgeon will carry out complex surgeries related to the brain, spine, and nervous system, ensuring precision and safety throughout each operation.

- Patient Assessment: Engage with patients to conduct detailed evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans that meet their individual needs.

- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other medical professionals, including neurologists, radiologists, and nurses, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient treatment and care.

- Educate Patients and Families: Provide clear explanations about surgical procedures, risks, and recovery processes, ensuring that patients and their families are well-informed.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in neurosurgery by participating in training and attending relevant conferences, while continuously refining skills.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The successful candidate must have an MD or equivalent postgraduate degree in neurosurgery, with a valid medical license to practice in India. Excellent surgical skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the capacity for empathetic communication are essential.
