Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess skin conditions and aesthetic goals.
Perform a range of aesthetic procedures including, but not limited to, Botox and dermal fillers.
Utilize laser technologies for skin rejuvenation and other dermatological treatments.
Develop customized treatment regimens based on patient evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards during procedures.
Educate patients about skincare routines and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment plans.
Monitor and manage potential side effects or complications from treatments.
Stay abreast of advancements in dermatology and aesthetic techniques.
Train and mentor junior medical staff on aesthetic practices.
Build strong professional relationships with patients, promoting trust and satisfaction.
Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
Contribute to marketing efforts to promote the aesthetic services offered.
Manage appointments and patient schedules efficiently.
Required Qualifications

Completion of a residency in dermatology.
Board certification in dermatology.
Additional specialty training in aesthetic dermatology is preferred.
Valid state medical license.
Minimum of 3 years experience in an aesthetic dermatology practice.
Proven experience with aesthetic procedures and technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
Continuing education in the latest aesthetic techniques.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in marketing aesthetics practice is a plus
