### Eligibility Criteria

* Male candidates only

* Age: 20 years and above

* Mandatory Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N4 or above

* Good communication skills in Japanese and English

* Willingness to relocate to Japan for employment

* Physically fit and capable of performing construction-related duties

### Roles & Responsibilities

* Assist in construction, renovation, and site development activities

* Operate and handle construction tools and equipment as required

* Follow workplace safety regulations and site guidelines

* Support site supervisors and team members in daily construction tasks

* Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite

* Perform material handling, loading, unloading, and other construction-related duties

* Work effectively within a multicultural team environment

### Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: ₹ lakh - ₹ lakh per month (approximately)

* Working Hours: 8-9 hours per day

* Accommodation: 60% of accommodation expenses will be covered by the employer; 40% will be borne by the employee

* Food expenses will be borne by the employee
