Construction Worker Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Labour to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th grade. The role primarily focuses on supporting various construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assisting with Site Preparation:** Help prepare the construction site by clearing debris and ensuring tools and materials are organized and accessible.

- **Carrying Materials:** Transport construction materials and tools to different areas on the site to facilitate smooth workflow.

- **Basic Construction Tasks:** Engage in simple construction tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, or holding materials for more experienced workers.

- **Cleaning Up the Site:** Regularly clean the work site to maintain safety and organization, ensuring a safe environment for all workers.

- **Following Safety Protocols:** Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates must have completed at least 10th grade and be willing to learn quickly on the job.

- A good level of physical fitness is essential, as the work involves lifting heavy materials and being on your feet for long periods.

- Basic understanding of construction processes can be beneficial but is not mandatory for freshers.
