we are looking for a creative and talented concept designer to join our retail design agency. as a concept designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts and strategies that align with the client's brand and business objectives. you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, project managers, and production teams, to ensure that all design concepts are executed with excellence.

responsibilities

• develop and execute design concepts for retail spaces, including window displays, pop-up shops, and store layouts

• conduct research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and brand identity to inform design decisions

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts align with client goals and project requirements

• create detailed sketches, renderings, and prototypes to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders

• incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into design iterations

• develop design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across multiple retail locations

• stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies

requirements

• bachelor's degree in design, visual arts, or a related field

• proven experience as a concept designer, preferably in a retail design agency or similar environment

• expertise in adobe creative suite, sketchup, and other design software

• strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills

• excellent verbal and written communication skills

• ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• knowledge of industry trends and emerging design technologies
