3. Feedback & Assessment:
Continuously evaluate student performance, providing constructive
feedback for improvement.
4. Communication:
Maintain regular communication with students and parents to address
any academic concerns.
5. Professional Development:
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the relevance and quality
of training.
Pre-Academic Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the admissions team to assess applicants communication
skills and aptitude suitability for the program.
Conduct sessions for prospective students, highlighting program benefits and
addressing queries.
Academic Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on practical training sessions to reinforce students technical
skills.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to organize industry-relevant
workshops and seminars.
Actively engage in personal and professional development activities to keep
students aligned with industry trends.
Monitor and maintain data on student progress, including attendance,
assessment scores, and assignment performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree in a Computer Science stream, such as
Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Computer Science with AI & ML,
Data Science, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and
demonstrated expertise in programming (C, C++, Python, Java, or DSA).
