• Train junior digitizing specialist in using the software after high

proficiency level is attained.

• Monitor self performance metrics based on objectives

• Maintain digitizing software and learn all aspects of data digitizing

• Provide excellent service quality to all clients

• Maintain a proactive “can do” attitude with a strong desire for

continuous learning
