We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Computer Operator to manage and monitor the operation of computer systems and related equipment. The Computer Operator will ensure smooth processing of data, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

---Key Responsibilities:**

- **Monitor System Performance:** Continuously monitor the computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure they are running efficiently without interruption.

- **Data Entry and Processing:** Input, update, and process data according to company needs and operational requirements. This includes running scheduled batch jobs and performing data backup operations.

- **Troubleshoot Issues:** Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues with hardware, software, and systems. Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

- **System Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updating system software, performing system checks, and conducting backups.

- **Report Generation:** Generate reports based on system activity, performance, and other data for management review.

- **Log System Activity:** Maintain accurate logs and records of system activity, including job completion, system errors, and downtime.

- **Ensure Data Security:** Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure system integrity. This includes monitoring user access and ensuring data privacy.

- **Technical Support:** Provide first-level support to users, assisting with hardware and software issues, and guiding them on operating systems and applications.
