Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of a diverse range of hot dishes, including but not limited to, appetizers, main courses, and side dishes, following established recipes and culinary guidelines.

Ingredient Handling: Accurately measure and assemble ingredients, ensuring the freshness, quality, and proper storage of all ingredients.

Cooking Expertise: Operate various cooking equipment, stoves, ovens, grills, and fryers with precision, monitoring temperatures and cooking times to achieve desired results.

Quality Control: Maintain a commitment to high standards of quality, taste, and presentation, conducting regular checks throughout the cooking process.

Sanitation: Strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff, chefs, and Commis team members to ensure a seamless culinary workflow.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and replenishing inventory of hot food ingredients, promptly reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

Passion for Cooking: A genuine passion for cooking, particularly in the preparation of hot dishes, coupled with a desire for continuous improvement and learning in the culinary arts.

Experience: While prior experience as a Commis Hot is preferred, candidates with a strong enthusiasm for culinary arts and a willingness to undergo training are encouraged to apply.
