Presentation: Pay particular attention to the aesthetic presentation of cold dishes, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with the culinary standards.

Culinary Expertise: Exhibit proficiency in cold food preparation techniques, including slicing, dicing, garnishing, and arranging ingredients creatively.

Sanitation: Strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols, guaranteeing a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen.
