job responsibilities:- i) to ensure a cost reduction of transportation for the period

ii) to ensure otdif (on time delivery in full) along with zero error documentation.

iii) to avoid legal and internal discrepancies.

iv) to scrutinize the gst, the itc4 report must be reviewed before submitting it to the ho, and proof of

v) exports, as well as intimation about deemed exports, must be submitted.

vi) to reduce customer complaints related to quantity shortages, damages, and mix-ups.

vii) in order to ensure 0% tolerance, dispatch unless the sales representative allows for it.

viii) to ensure updating of receipt and issue of materials entries in rm pm inward and stock register, and to know the status of stock in hand on a timely manner.

ix) to ensure that inward, storage, and issue records are updated on a day-to-day basis and the appropriate process followed at the store as per gmp compliances for the financial years.

x) to ensure proper utilization of available resources, liquidation of old stock with the help of the production team and issue them to the shop floor or transfer to the inter-company with the help of the purchase team to save cost.

xi) to ensure an increase in rates for the disposal of scrap.
