Build an analytical and data driven business finance function and support on the following tasks

Monthly / Quarterly numbers and PPT preparation for review for Leadership Team

Follow standard organization framework for annual operating plan, and conduct regular budget vs actual variance analysis along with comments

Work closely with cross functional teams to resolve issues if any on P&L

Guide the profit centre with data analysis for supporting decision-making for marketing investment, manpower planning or revenue enhancement scenarios

Proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying exception / and any irregularities initiate action to rectify and follow up for logical closure.

Measure ROI on people and marketing investments and do monthly track and share inputs with Management

Build operational plan for optimizing on marketing spend

Participate in budget discussion and support scenario building / simulation modelling

Set up forecasting model to help improve predictability to bring in a financial discipline
