Commercial Driver - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients and medical staff promptly to healthcare facilities.

• Respond immediately to emergency calls while adhering strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (tyres, brakes, fuel, lights) and keep the ambulance clean, sanitized, and duty-ready.

• Report vehicle faults, mechanical issues, accidents, or routine maintenance needs right away.

• Coordinate effectively with hospital staff, patients, and attendants with high professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.

• Maintain complete and accurate trip logs and basic vehicle documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid LMV / Transport Driving Licence (HMV licence is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of Mumbai city routes, traffic patterns, shortcuts, and key hospital locations.

• Clean driving record with a strong focus on safety, patient comfort, and punctuality.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, night shifts, weekends, and handle emergency demands.

• Basic vehicle maintenance skills and clear communication abilities.
