Cold Room Technician - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Maintenance of Cold Rooms**: Regularly inspect and maintain cold storage units to ensure they are operating within the required temperature range.

2. **Temperature Monitoring**: Continuously monitor and record temperature levels in cold rooms, making adjustments as necessary to prevent spoilage of stored items.

3. **Troubleshooting**: Identify, diagnose, and resolve any technical issues that arise with cold storage equipment, coordinating with the maintenance team when needed.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines for food storage are followed, minimizing risks related to food safety and equipment hazards.

5. **Inventory Management**: Assist in organizing and managing inventory within the cold storage units, ensuring proper labeling and rotation of goods to reduce waste.
