Opening For CNC & VMC Setter

We are looking for a skilled CNC & VMC Setter to join our team in Arasur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in operating and setting up CNC and VMC machines. The role requires working from our office full-time and is open to male applicants with an . certification.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Setup Machines:** Prepare CNC and VMC machines for production by installing tools and fixtures, ensuring they are ready for machining operations.

- **Program Machines:** Input and adjust programs based on the specifications provided, ensuring they meet production requirements and maintain quality standards.

- **Monitor Operations:** Oversee machine operations during production runs, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and quality.

- **Conduct Maintenance:** Perform routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working order, addressing any issues promptly.

- **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products and parts for accuracy, ensuring they meet required specifications and tolerances.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of production activities, including any machine adjustments, inspections, and maintenance performed.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The candidate must possess a strong understanding of CNC and VMC machine operations, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
