CNC VMC Operator - Full Time

We are looking for a skilled CNC VMC Operator with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Shiroli MIDC, Kolhapur. The ideal candidate will operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and ensure high-quality production of parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate CNC VMC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. You will be responsible for loading materials, selecting tools, and adjusting machine settings to achieve desired outcomes.

- **Quality Control**: Monitor the machining process and conduct quality checks on finished products. You will need to ensure that all parts meet strict quality standards and dimensions.

- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines. You will be required to keep machines in good working order and report any issues to ensure minimal downtime.

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies. It is essential to document machine settings and production statistics for future reference and analysis.
