Job Title: CNC VMC Operator

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Perform machine setting and dialing accurately.

Select and use proper fixtures and tools according to the material being processed.

Read and interpret engineering drawings effectively.

Operate machines with 3rd Axis and 4th Axis (knowledge is a plus).

Use measuring equipment such as Vernier Calipers, Bore Gauge, and Micrometer for quality checks.

Handle long-duration production jobs (2–8 hours per job), including gang machining setups with fixtures.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in machine setup and tool selection.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.

Experience in production environment with long-cycle jobs.

Knowledge of 4th Axis operation is advantageous.
