Machine shop operator - • Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements.

• Read and interpret work instructions.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and productivity.

• Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).

• Make necessary offsets and adjustments to correct deviations.

• Maintain production logs and update job cards as required.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance of machines.

• Report machine faults or abnormalities immediately to the supervisor.

• Ensure housekeeping (5S) and safety practices are followed at the workstation.

• Work collaboratively with the Quality and Maintenance teams.
