CNC / VMC Setter

Experience in operating and setting CNC/VMC machines

Strong knowledge of G-code & M-code programming

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience in fixture setting and tool offset setting

Knowledge of cutting tools selection and tooling parameters

Experience in Fanuc control systems

Ability to optimize cycle time and improve productivity

Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance control

Experience in handling precision components

knowledge of instruments (Vernier, Micrometre, Bore Dial gauge & Height gauge, etc.)

Ability to troubleshoot machining issues independently

Understanding of preventive maintenance practices

Knowledge of safety standards and shop floor discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
