cnc / vmc - machine operators:

 responsibilities:

 responsible for desired defect free output in production.

 responsible for de-burring as mentioned in work instruction.

 tool pre - setting.

 in process inspection.

 maintaining of production log.

 tool life recording

 control of process rejections.

 inform supervisor in case non-conformance in production and in the event of machine problems.

 responsible for work station 5s.

 understanding and adhering of department significant aspects/impacts

 understanding and adhering of department work instruction or procedures

 adopt kapl waste segregation method

 handling/storage/disposal of hazardous waste /hazardous chemical

 chemical spill response based on sds

 communicate the below mentioned information to department core team member as per internal

communication procedure

 abnormal situation /non-conformance

 perform ems relevant task as per department core team member instruction
