CNC Programmer - Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

Develop and modify CNC programs for CNC Milling, Turning, VMC, and/or HMC machines.

Prepare CNC programs using G-code and M-code.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.

Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.

Perform program simulation, prove-out, and trial runs before production.

Optimize cycle time, tool life, and machining efficiency.

Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.

Ensure component dimensions and surface finish meet quality standards.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams.

Maintain CNC programs, setup sheets, and tool offset documentation.

Follow safety procedures and production schedules.
