CNC Programmer - Full Time

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvallur, India. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and a strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Program CNC Machines**: Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machines to ensure precision and accuracy in production.

2. **Machine Setup**: Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces. Ensure machines are calibrated correctly before operation.

3. **Testing and Troubleshooting**: Conduct tests on programs and machines to identify any issues or inefficiencies. Troubleshoot problems to maintain production flow.

4. **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of machined parts. Verify that parts meet specifications using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of programs, setups, and operational procedures. Document any modifications and improvements made to existing programs.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a strong understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints is essential.
