CNC Programmer (Male)

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Makarpura GIDC. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and an . certification. The role requires a dedicated male professional who will work full-time from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- CNC Programming: Create and modify CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining of parts.

- Machine Setup: Set up and calibrate CNC machines, ensuring tools and materials are ready and properly aligned for optimal efficiency.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to verify they meet quality standards and specifications, making necessary adjustments as required.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to machining processes, tooling, or programming to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of programming changes, machine settings, and performance data to ensure traceability and compliance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess strong knowledge of CNC programming languages and machining processes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings is essential. Familiarity with various CNC machines and tools is expected, along with problem-solving skills to handle technical challenges efficiently.
