Opening For CNC Operator

The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts as per engineering drawings. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities include operating CNC machines effectively, ensuring adherence to production schedules. The operator will be expected to read and interpret engineering drawings to accurately set up and machine products. Understanding and utilizing measuring instruments is essential for maintaining precision in production. The role also involves a basic knowledge of tools, inserts, and offsets to ensure optimal machine performance.

Candidates should possess knowledge of CNC machine operation and familiarity with quality standards and safety procedures. The ability to read engineering drawings is critical, along with an understanding of measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. A basic knowledge of tools and offsets will aid in the machining process. The ideal candidate will also have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
