Hiring CNC Operator For Bangalore

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience and hold a diploma in a relevant field. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to create precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set Up CNC Machines: Prepare machines for operation by installing tools and adjusting settings according to specifications.

- Read Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements and specifications.

- Operate CNC Machines: Run machines to produce parts, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications throughout the process.

- Monitor Production Process: Continuously check machine performance and the quality of the output, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.

- Perform Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

- Keep Records: Document production outputs, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and processes, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
