We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience and hold a diploma in a relevant field. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to create precision parts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Set Up CNC Machines:** Prepare machines for operation by installing tools and adjusting settings according to specifications.

- **Read Technical Drawings:** Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements and specifications.

- **Operate CNC Machines:** Run machines to produce parts, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications throughout the process.

- **Monitor Production Process:** Continuously check machine performance and the quality of the output, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.

- **Perform Maintenance:** Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

- **Keep Records:** Document production outputs, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during operations.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
