CNC Operator Required in Germany (Under Work Visa)

We are looking for a dedicated CNC Operator to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to produce precise parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Setup: You will prepare and set up CNC machines according to the specifications provided, ensuring that all settings are accurate for optimal production quality.

- Quality Control: Regularly inspect and monitor parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet outlined specifications and quality standards.

- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.

- Documentation: Keep detailed records of production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered to maintain a clear workflow and address any concerns.

- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to address design changes or improve production processes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least a 10th-grade education with a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in manufacturing or CNC machinery is beneficial but not mandatory as training will be provided. Good mathematical skills and an ability to read technical drawings are essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in the workplace are expected. The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively will enhance your success in this role.
