Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator with hands-on experience in CNC programming, setting, and machine operation. The candidate should be capable of handling CNC machines independently while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines efficiently as per production requirements

Perform CNC programming, machine setting, and tool changes

Read and interpret engineering drawings and job sheets

Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments

Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures

Maintain machine cleanliness and report any technical issues

Achieve production targets within specified timelines

Required Skills:

Experience in CNC Programming, Setting, and Operation

Knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools

Ability to handle measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)

Understanding of CNC codes and machining drawings

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field (preferred)
