CNC Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a CNC Operator to operate CNC machines for precision machining of components as per drawings and specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines as per work instructions

Load and unload components safely

Read and understand mechanical drawings and job sheets

Set tools, offsets, and perform basic machine setup

Monitor machining process and make corrections if required

Measure components using vernier, micrometer, and gauges

Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish

Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety standards

Report machine issues or defects to the supervisor

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of CNC machining operations

Understanding of cutting tools and materials

Knowledge of measuring instruments

Ability to work in shifts

Attention to quality and safety
