Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in machining operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring production quality, and maintaining productivity as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, or Turning Centers

Load and unload raw materials and finished components

Interpret engineering drawings and job orders

Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and basic machine setup

Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality

Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)

Maintain production records and reports

Ensure proper machine maintenance and cleanliness (5S standards)

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code)

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Familiarity with measuring instruments

Knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools

Basic troubleshooting skills

Qualification

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Preferred

Experience in automotive or precision machining industry

Exposure to Fanuc/Siemens control systems
