CNC Operator (Fresher)

We are looking for a dedicated CNC Operator to join our team in Rohtak. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for operating and managing CNC machines to create precise parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently to manufacture parts according to specifications.

- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure the correct setup and operation of machinery.

- Quality Control: Inspect finished products and components for accuracy and adherence to quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.

- Program Setup: Assist in setting up and programming the CNC machines, ensuring they are calibrated for optimal performance.

- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition and report any issues to supervisors.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and any adjustments made during the machining process.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and possess a strong attention to detail. Basic mechanical skills and a willingness to learn about CNC technology are essential. Freshers are encouraged to apply, and candidates must be comfortable working in an office environment.
