Hiring Fresher - CNC Operator - Chennai

As a CNC Operator in Chennai, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time role, and you should be prepared to work in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setup CNC Machines: Prepare the CNC machines for operation by installing tools and fixtures based on specifications. This ensures that the machines are ready to produce the required parts accurately.

- Operate CNC Equipment: Monitor and manage the CNC machines during production runs. You'll need to ensure they function correctly and efficiently to meet production targets.

- Inspect Finished Products: Check the dimensions and quality of the finished parts using measuring tools. This step is crucial to ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications.

- Perform Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain CNC machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal functioning. This includes lubricating parts and checking for wear and tear.

- Record Production Data: Maintain accurate logs of production output and any issues encountered during the machining process for quality control and reporting.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least a 10th-grade education and can be fresh graduates or have up to 5 years of experience in machining. You must be detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination.
