CNC Maintenance Specialist

responsibility;

-to guide troubleshooting of different technical problems on cnc machines including identifying the root cause of the problem.

-to review the planning, execution and maintenance of cnc machine to prevent any production/operation breakdown and defect on product for improvement recommendation and implementation.

-to implement new and improve the current condition base monitoring (cbm) or predictive maintenance (pdm) system for cnc machine.

-to plan, execute and evaluate the knowledge & skill development on cnc for the engineers and technicians, with complete training material and document.

-to analyze and plan a reliable and efficient hardware and software system to produce a standard reference on new cnc machine purchased.

possess skill and knowledge on cnc high accuracy mechanical, electrical, electronic and control system such as spindle system, high speed linear motion system, cooling system, electrical control & power circuit system, servo control system, plc system and machine control software system.
