Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Hadapsar. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn, even if they have no prior experience in the field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Machine Setup:** Prepare and configure CNC machines for production by selecting appropriate tools and setting dimensions according to specifications.

- **Quality Inspection:** Regularly inspect finished products using measuring instruments to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.

- **Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning and minor repairs, to keep them in good working condition.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and traceability.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a minimum educational requirement of 10th grade. Basic knowledge of CNC machining principles is an advantage. You should be comfortable working in a workshop environment and may possess strong problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is crucial, as precision is essential in machining tasks. Candidates should show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or techniques. Physical stamina is important to handle tasks effectively throughout the workday.
