CNC OperatorJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts, ensuring proper machine setup, and maintaining the machines' efficiency and safety.Key Responsibilities:€¢ Operate CNC machines - Milling & Turning to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints.€¢ Set up and adjust machines, including loading materials, tools, and fixtures.€¢ Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality production.€¢ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.€¢ Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.€¢ Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).€¢ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.€¢ Document production processes, including machine setups and parts produced.€¢ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation.€¢ Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and ensure high-quality output.Qualifications:€¢ High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or training is a plus).€¢ Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.€¢ Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.€¢ Strong understanding of CNC machinery and operations.€¢ Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures.€¢ Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.€¢ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.€¢ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.€¢ Familiarity with safety practices and maintaining a safe work environment.
