CNC Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts, ensuring proper machine setup, and maintaining the machines' efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines - Milling & Turning to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints.

Set up and adjust machines, including loading materials, tools, and fixtures.

Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality production.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Document production processes, including machine setups and parts produced.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation.

Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or training is a plus).

Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Strong understanding of CNC machinery and operations.

Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures.

Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with safety practices and maintaining a safe work environment.
