Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts, ensuring proper machine setup, and maintaining the machines' efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Operate CNC machines - Milling & Turning to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints.

€¢ Set up and adjust machines, including loading materials, tools, and fixtures.

€¢ Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality production.

€¢ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

€¢ Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

€¢ Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

€¢ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

€¢ Document production processes, including machine setups and parts produced.

€¢ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation.

€¢ Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications:

€¢ High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or training is a plus).

€¢ Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

€¢ Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

€¢ Strong understanding of CNC machinery and operations.

€¢ Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures.

€¢ Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.

€¢ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

€¢ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

€¢ Familiarity with safety practices and maintaining a safe work environment.
